StudyNotes Pro offers digital products and services such as online notes and auto-generated PDFs through magic-message.cloud. Once delivered or accessed, these products cannot be returned like physical goods.

To raise a refund request:

We usually review and respond within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay.[web:17][memory:2]

5. Refund Timelines (Razorpay)

After we initiate a refund in our Razorpay dashboard, the amount is sent back to your bank, card, UPI or wallet account. Banks and networks typically take around 5–10 working days to reflect the credit, depending on the payment method and their internal processes.[web:15][web:17]

If you do not receive the refund even after 10 working days, please contact your bank first and then write to us with the refund reference shared in our confirmation email.[web:20]

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
