1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StudyNotes Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. StudyNotes Pro reserves the right to modify or revoke these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the website.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from StudyNotes Pro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on StudyNotes Pro
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
5. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
6. Develop competing products or services
7. Share, resell, or distribute the materials without explicit permission

3. Product Information & Accuracy

StudyNotes Pro strives to ensure all study materials are accurate and up-to-date according to the latest CBSE syllabus. However, we do not warrant that:

• The content is complete or free from errors
• The content will meet your specific educational needs
• The content is suitable for all learning styles or abilities

All materials are provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees.

4. Payment & Billing (Razorpay)

StudyNotes Pro processes all payments securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway compliant with all Indian e-commerce regulations. By making a purchase, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate billing information
2. Pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes
3. Authorize the charge to your selected payment method
4. Accept Razorpay's payment processing terms
5. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice. StudyNotes Pro reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Tax Compliance

StudyNotes Pro complies with applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) requirements as per Indian tax laws. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST is calculated and applied based on the delivery address provided.

7. Digital Products & Delivery

StudyNotes Pro provides digital PDF study materials. Upon successful payment:

1. Access to the purchased materials will be granted immediately
2. Materials will be provided via download link or email
3. No physical goods will be shipped
4. Access remains valid as long as you comply with these terms

8. User Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Notify StudyNotes Pro immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of StudyNotes Pro or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The study materials are created and curated by education experts and are protected by copyright law. Fair use principles allow students to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations
2. Infringe upon intellectual property rights
3. Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
4. Upload malware or harmful content
5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
6. Engage in spam or fraudulent activities
7. Resell or redistribute digital materials

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDYNOTES PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The total liability of StudyNotes Pro for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product or service in question.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS ON STUDYNOTES PRO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

StudyNotes Pro does not guarantee that:

• Materials will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Materials will improve academic performance
• Materials will guarantee exam success
• The service will be available at all times

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudyNotes Pro from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Misuse of the materials
• Unlawful activity

14. Termination

StudyNotes Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your right to use the materials ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism before resorting to litigation, as per Indian consumer protection laws.

If StudyNotes Pro provides any food or health-related content, all such information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making any health-related decisions.
